Hello

Winston Little is a fabulous little dog who was rescued from Croatia where he would have had no chance of a life. He was living the life of a stray but his aggression around food got him a reputation among the locals and he was swiftly taken to a refuge to be euthanised. Thankfully a wonderful British volunteer working there for the summer took pity on him and brought him to the UK. His placement here, due to his behaviour did not work out and again his life was in the balance. Winston Little found his way to us, so that we could both work on his behaviour and ensure appropriate future placement. He is a challenge, hence he may stay with us for quite some time until such time as he is ready to find his way to a loving home. To us in the team he is really special and very very loving… and sometimes a little bitey! We never euthanise dogs unless their quality of life is greatly reduced due to physical illness or injury that cannot be put right, so Winston Little is safe with us This is thanks to his loving sponsors who allow us to keep him and care for him.
