Our Dogs...

Important Notes

You may not see the right dog for you on the selection below, but by all means do send us an application, as we always have other dogs coming in, and very often, not all our dogs feature on the website.

Only families have who been homechecked AND who have an appointment with the kennel team within the following 2 weeks to view a dog will have priority viewing on their first choice.

My name is:

LOCATION: Waltham Abbey, Essex
Zina will need the commitment of a number of visits for her to bond with her new family and we are looking to place her with a family with already have a dog.
Zina is one of our most elegant girls and one who most lacks in confidence too. She is anxious about many aspects of life and her rehabilitation will need a patient and calm home, who will allow her to progress at her own pace with no pressure to be something she cannot be. If you are experienced with shut down dogs or very anxious dogs, and are able to give her a chance to be part of a family, she will be an incredibly rewarding dog to have, as we believe that she will progress beautifully in a home. Sadly what we can do to help Zina within a kennel environment has its limitations and we really hope to see an experienced home come forward for her, she deserves a chance at experiencing the good things that life has to offer.
Zina is a very playful dog with other dogs and she gets on with all of them, which is one of her fantastic qualities. When she is in the paddock with her friends, you would think she was a totally balanced dog, it is very moving to see her so oblivious to the rest of the world for those moments. Our experience shows that such dogs need the support of other dogs to bring them forward so being with another confident dog will do her the world of good.
We are not looking to place Zina in a family with children as we feel she needs a quieter home to progress. This girl is not a 'ready-made' youngster, but she is a dog who will appeal to the real rescuers of this world, committed to giving a home to a poor dog who has so much yet to discover of what this life has to offer. We feel that Zina's true nature is a real gem waiting to be discovered.
Zina will need to be visited a number of times before her going to her new home. We have found that this works incredibly well for families adopting dogs who need the time to make a connection with strangers. Once in the home she will bring her family much happiness.
