Our Dogs...

IMPORTANT NOTES: Only families have who been homechecked AND who have an appointment with the kennel team within the following 2 weeks to view a dog will have priority viewing on their first choice.

Also, whilst some dogs may not be showing as 'Reserved' on the website, they may already have interest. If the dog you are interested in ends up not being the one for you, don't be disheartened, we have many wonderful dogs coming into the rescue regularly and the right friend will be out there for you, as this has proved to be the case time and time again with families who have adopted from us.

My name is:

LOCATION: Waltham Abbey, Essex
Terrier experience would be great
Abbie is a wonderful little English dog who has everyone at the kennels cooing over her. You cannot help but fall in love with her when you meet her and she has a totally irresistibly cute overbite. Sadly her owner fell ill and could not care for her anymore. So here she is, hoping for the third time in her life to find her forever home.
Abbie has been easy to walk, she gladly spends time with other dogs in the paddock and especially loves people. She does like to have the attention to herself, and she tries to get at the front of the queue when there are cuddles to be had.
She has been training with the team on her lead manners and she is a fast learner and has already made great progress in a short period of time. As she is a slightly older girl we would not like to place her with young children and doggie siblings as always need to be introduced at the kennels prior any adoption. We do however sense that Abbie would probably prefer to have her family's attention all to herself, she would do well as a single dog. We are also looking for a family happy to continue with her training. Abbie is a fox terrier and her temperament and character traits are very much typical of her breed. A family with terrier experience would therefore be great, or a family prepared to learn about the fox terrier breed and work with her natural traits. If you can give this cute little madam a loving home, please get in touch via our online application form and a member of the team will be in touch.
